朱尔茜，女，北京语言大学商学院副院长，1983年生，美国内华达大学里诺分校经济学博士，北京语言大学商学院教授。研究方向为文化金融、区域经济和经济理论，主讲课程包括应用统计学、计量经济学、研究方法论和经济学基础等。近年来先后在SSCI、CSSCI期刊上发表论文30余篇并获《新华文摘》、《人大复印报刊资料》转载，主持完成省部校级科研项目6项、专著4部、译著1部，获多项省部校级奖励。现为中国经济学家学会（CES）、美国经济学会（AEA）会员。
Zhu Erqian, female, born in 1983. She earns Ph.D in economics from University of Nevada, Reno and serves as a professor at Business School of Beijing Language and Culture University. Her areas of research interest include cultural finance, regional economics，and economic theory. The major subjects she is teaching include applied statistics, econometrics, research methodology and principles of economics, etc. She has published more than 30 articles on SSCI and CSSCI indexed journals, and has hosted and participated in 6 government sponsored projects. She also has completed 4 academic books, 1 translation, and has won multiple academic awards. She currently enrolled membership in the Chinese Economist Society（CES） and American Economic Association (AEA).
