段琪斐，男，中国人民大学经济学博士/公共管理博士后。现任北京语言大学商学院研究生管理办公室主任。研究方向为宏观调控政策，数字经济与金融，创新理论与政策。近年来，在中文核心期刊发表论文十余篇，主编或参与出版教材4部，著作2部。主持各类项目4项，参与国家社科基金重大项目等课题十余项。社会兼职有中国价格协会高校价格理论与教学研究会理事；民政部社会组织评估专家；中关村创新研究中心副主任兼创新理论研究所所长。
Duan Qifei, Male, is a Ph.D. in Economics/Post-doctoral Fellow in Public Administration at Renmin University of China. He serves as the Director of the Graduate Management Office of the Business School in BLCU. His research interests include macroeconomic control policy, digital economy and finance, and innovation theory and policy. In recent years, he has published more than ten papers in Chinese core journals, has edited or participated in the publication of 4 textbooks and has written 2 books. He has presided over 4 projects of various kinds, and has participated in more than 10 major projects. His social part-time positions include director of the University Price Theory and Teaching Research Association of the China Price Association, Social Organization Assessment Expert of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, Deputy Director of Zhongguancun Innovation Research Center and Director of Innovation Theory Research Institute.
