为适应国家“一带一路”倡议和国内国际双循环发展战略要求，聚焦北京市“四个中心”和“双区”建设需要，满足数字经济时代中国高质量对外开放实践的人才需求，北京语言大学（学校代码 10032）从2023年起招收国际商务专业硕士（MIB）（专业代码 0254）中外研究生。
一、培养目标：
MIB项目依托 “小联合国”多语言、多文化背景和国际化环境，强化双语教学、中外融通和中国文化体验，打造“留学中国”特色品牌；发挥学校多学科办学优势和学院路共同体区位优势，注重学科交叉、产教融合和实践教学，深化协同育人，致力于培养外语好、专业精、懂技术的国际化、复合型、应用型高级国际商务专业人才。
二、专业方向设置：
MIB项目下设三个培养方向，国际贸易、跨境投资和数字商务：
国际贸易：利用校内外两种资源、结合课堂教学与专业实习等多种手段，培养能够适应复杂国际经济、政治、文化环境和国家发展需要的，通晓国际贸易基础理论，具备完善的国际贸易知识体系，熟练掌握国际贸易实践技能，有较强的英语交流能力的国际化商务人才。
跨境投资： 结合北语“小联合国”优势，实现全英文授课、多元文化交流、全方位实践，培养具有一流外语水平和跨文化沟通能力，熟悉国际商业规则，能在复杂的国际商务环境中从事跨国经营、投资管理，从容应对跨国经营中的经济摩擦、文化冲突、投资风险，能够为海外市场开拓、企业跨国公关、政府间经济协调服务的国际商务精英人才。
数字商务：顺应信息时代社会发展和经济发展需要，把握数字商务交叉学科的特色，紧密结合信息技术、管理学和经济学等多学科背景，培养掌握数字经济发展的前沿知识与技能、熟悉跨境电商与国际商务经营环境，可以胜任在涉外企事业单位、政府部门和社会团体从事跨境电子商务经营运作与管理工作的应用型、复合型、职业型的高级商务专门人才。
三、培养年限
国际商务专业硕士（MIB）为全日制硕士研究生项目，学制为2年。
四、学位授予
在规定年限内完成课程学习并获得相应学分，通过硕士学位论文答辩，经学校学位评定委员会审核通过后，授予国际商务硕士专业学位。

Research Directions: International Trade, Cross-Border Investment and Digital Business
International Trade: To meet the national development needs, by utilizing resources from both university and society, and combining classroom teachings and professional practices, this program aims at cultivating international business talents with sufficient knowledge of international trade theory, international trade practice skills, and strong English communication skills, who can adapt to the complicated international economic, political, and cultural environment.
Cross-border Investment: Combined with the advantages of the "Little United Nations" of BLCU, the program offers all courses in English, and provides an environment of multicultural communication and comprehensive practices, to produce qualified talents that are familiar with international business rules, fluent in English and capable of cross-cultural communication, and that can engage in transnational operations and investment management in the complex international business environment, and deal with economic frictions, cultural conflicts, and investment risks with ease.
Digital Business: To nurture international business talents, who are able to meet the needs of social and economic development in the information age, skilful in such an interdisciplinary field of digital business, with sufficient knowledge in information technology, management, and economics etc , familiar with cross-border e-commerce and international business environment, and qualified for cross-border e-commerce operation and management in foreign-related enterprises and institutions, government departments and social groups.
